The gear set need working well under large impacting force, so it has high requirements for the material and heat treatment process.

Material need with good impact resistance and hardness must high enough but not too fragile.

We decided to adopt induction hardening pinion gear and wheel gear to reduce the teeth profile deformation during heat treatment process.
